Does 245i applications will go to I140 if so we are stuck in I140.any suggestions

245i applications

Application for a waiver under 245i does not occur until the I-485 stage. Until that point, the applications are exactly the same as every other employement or family based GC. There still must be a valid offer of employment or family relationship to sponsor the GC. Also, contrary to popular belief, 245(i) is not a blanket waiver of all violations, there are still many situations that will cause GC denial.

Are You In A Safe Zone When Filing For Lc Under 245i , I Know You Are Not Allowed To Leave Without Ap But What If There Is An Emergeny And Have To What Will Be The Outcome Returning To The Usa ?
 
No. You are not in any safe zone after filing LC/I-140 with 245i. Once you apply for I-485, you will be allowed to stay in US legally till they make decision. But I won't suggest anyone to try to leave USA till I-485 is approved.
