Documents for Adjustment for Status

Hi!

Since I am going to file concurrently, I am in the process of preparing materials for Adjustment for Status as well. I wonder whether what kind of materials I need to prepare? I think it has been discussed here. Can someone direct me the link?

its easy to do search from upper right hand corner!
anyways here is teh list posted earlier
here is the list for spouse
Documents are arranged in the Following Order
1. USCIS Form I-485
• 2 USCIS Pictures in the envelope clipped to the upper right corner.
• USCIS check for $XXX in the envelope clipped to the upper right corner.
2. USCIS Form I-765 (if u r submitting)
• 2 USCIS Pictures in the envelope and clipped to the upper right corner.
• USCIS check for $XXX in the envelope clipped to the upper right corner.
3. USCIS Form G-325-A (all four pages)
4. Copy of I-140 petition for EB1 outstanding researcher – submitted concurrently.
5. Copy of birth certificate
if not avaliable :Notarized non availability certificate & two notarized affidavits as proof of birth date, place and parents information.
6. Copy of marriage certificate .
7. Copy of US Visas from Passport.
8. Copy of most recent I-94 arrival & departure record.
9. Clear Color Copy of the Picture Page in the passport and complete passport.
10. Copies of all I-797 INS / BCIS / USCIS Approval Notices.
11. If appliocable Copy of wavier certificate for two-year foreign residency.
12. Completed I-693 and I-693 Supplement 1 Medical Exam from USCIS Physician
 
my wife has a H4 visa. So, I am guessing she can come into US with H4. So, do I still need the form I-134?

well that form in not required by you i guess
my lawyer said i don't need that my wife was on f1 and then on H4 during filling.......i guess list provided by eb1doc shd be alright..........but just cross check!!
