Do you need visa to visit Belgium?

Can you visit relatives in Belgium on RTD without visa? I wonder if you would need belgium visa or no, with just RTD no GC...please post your opinions, experiences here! If you need visa, where can I get the visa stamped on my RTD or NP.

Yes, you do need a visa to visit Belgium. The only country in the Shengen area that you do not need a visa to is Germany. Also, you would contact the Belgian consulate embassy to apply for a visa.

You do need a visa but it is easy to get with a U.S issued travel document.
