I've question regarding Green Card process (About using Substitute of LC).

I'm working for company and they have approved labor (EB2).
LC was applied in June, 2001 and it got approved sometime back.

I got my Bachelors degree in 1998 and working with the company from March, 2002.
The problem here is my employer is saying that they can't use this labor for me as it
Was applied in June, 2001 and by that time I need to have Bachelors+ 5 years Experience
as said in LC.

Please let me know if it’s true....Do I need to have bachelors+ 5 years Exp. before June, 2001
or is it okay If I have bachelors + 5 years Exp. before joining that company???? As off now
I’m having bachelor’s degree + 5 Years Experience.

Please let me know if you any one gone thru this situation.

I appreciate your help and positive response.....

Venkat.

Your employer is correct. You have to satisfy both educational and work experience requirements stated on LC, before the priority date (filing date) of the approved LC.
