Do Kids need stamping?

Hi,

I had a couple of questions regarding GC stamping after approval

1. Do Kids (under 14) need stamping on their passports?
2. If Yes, do I need to take them with me to the office or can I take their passports and get them stamped.

Thanks in advance

My RD is 12/20/2002 and I got approved on 01/31/2005. No RFE

My office co-worked kids directly received their cards (AGE 7yrs)
I don't think required stamping because they will receive card directly
