Do I nees separate AR-11 for H1-B and pending 140

I just moved to different place .I am currently on H-1 B with pending I-140.
Do i need to mail two separate AR-11 for H1b and pending 140.

If yes what shall I fill for A number and for the column "I am in the United States as "

you don't need an AR-11 form for H1B or I-140, because once approved they will be mailed either to your attorney's or your employers office. nothing comes to you except your 485, travel documents and work permits.

Do not need to send two AR-11. But Call USCIS give them receipt number of all pending applications and ask for changing address on each one of them.

You can fill column "I am in the United States as " H1B

Now you can update your address on web instead of sending AR11 form.
