Do I need to get new TN visa or need to report the update for change of client and location?

I have my TN visa with US employer and work as a Project based employee. My visa is valid until 2023 with this employer but my first project has come to an end and I have got my next assignment in a different state. Do I need to inform and provide this update to CBP of this change? If anyone has had similar situation then please provide some insight. Do I need to get a revised petition letter (from my current employer that I already have my current TN visa with) with the name and address of the new client and start date of the project? Do I need to call and schedule an appointment by calling the CBP for land border crossing?
 
If your TN is sponsored by your employer, you don't need new TN. Only if your client was the sponsor would you need a new TN (if you were, for example, a contractor, rather than working thru another firm.
