Do I need to fill out a specific form exclusive for TN status application at the POE?

Will officer take all of documents and review and make a decision, and leave me alone waiting outside of office, or the officer review documents with me and ask me any popup questions may have?

if approved at POE, I will come back to Canada from US POE or have to go through Canada border service?
 
He will probably do a bit of both, review with you and then go into office.

At POE you have entered US, so you would need to go back through Cdn border control to return to Canada.
 
Nelsona, does TN status is a multiple entry ? can I back and forth between Canada and US in the 3 years period for visiting family in Canada ? I do not need to re-apply TN status each time to visit Canada for short period of time such as Christmas, new year, etc?
