DS-230 instructs that a form needs to be filled for every person who immigrates with me. Does that include my child (3 yr old), who is a US citizen? I do not think I need to do it since he is technically not immigrating, but again I maybe wrong. Please post your thoughts. Appreciate it very much

You do not have to fill the DS-230s for your US born child.

You donot need to fill up DS 230 for US citizen child, however carry child's birth certificate with you. They might ask for it.
