Divorce proceedings.

I have a question:
I am already divorced from my wife. I received a notice from BCIS that I am going to have my conditional status revoked. I have been married for little over two years, but my conditional status started in may of last year and I never reached my two year anniversary date.
I have an infant child... I have a steady job... What can I do to stay in this country. And I know I need an attorney but I want to hear a good solution anyway.
Thank you very much!!!

Your right.. you need a good attorney.. you say you have a child .. that may very well help you .... you are a liability and responsible for your child .. should you stay .. it will be costly ..
i cant see them rejecting your status due to the circumstances .

the question is , the reason for the divorce , most of all, you need to prove you married in good faith . ..
think about whats it worth for you to stay .. you will never get another chance

im not an attorney good luck
