Hi All,
I have applied for DV2005 based on my parents nativity. I am born in an ineligible country whereas both my parents were born in a eligible country.

My parents now live in the country I was born. I would like to know if I am eligible.

I am just wondering that in case if I win the lottery, do I have to go ahead in processing my Visa. I am also processing my GC throught employement and presently on H1b.

I am planning to do AOS in case I win .where should I provide details about nativity when I file AOS?

If anyone had gone thorugh the same process please share your experience

You have a lot going on. I think your eligibility is based on your current citizenship - so if you're a citizen of an ineligible country you can't apply regardless of your parents nativity -
