I am currently on H1-B visa status and will be going Mexico soon to get my visa stamped. I will really appreciate if someone can answer some of my questions.
1. I came to US on F-1 student's visa. Without completing my masters I switched to H1-B last year. So I dont have any US degree right now. Will there be a problem in getting my visa stamped? What are my chances and options? Please suggest.
2. My H1-B was applied on the basis of my Bachelors which I did in India. Should I need to show any evaluation for the degree which shows that it is equivalent to Bachelors in US?
