Different first name & last name with INS & SSN

Hi,
My H1 papers were filed with my last name as first name and middle name as last name. After coming to US, while applying for SSN, I used correct first name and last name as per suggestions from my HR. Now I want to file H1 tranfer. Can anyone suggest/know with which names I have to file H1 transfer (like with the same names which INS is already having or with my correct names as on SSN). Also with which names I have to apply for GC in future. Is there anyway to correct the names with INS? Thanks.

You should have filed the name correction with INS immediately. You should always go with the correct name on all applications.

Thanks Jaxen. Do you have any idea on how/what to do to file name change with INS.

If you have read the approval notice, it will have a small foot note that asks you to write to INS about any errors in the approval notice.
