Hey friends
I am looking into getting a passport and I was wondering what is the difference between a passport card and a passport book? Any help please? Thanks in advance.

Passport book is a paper book like your foreign passport and a card is a plastic one that You could easily put it in Your wallet. But with the card You can only travel to CAnada, Mexico, Caribbean. I would suggest to get both.

you can only use the card to the Caribbean via water but not by air.

I am not a lawyer: this is just my own opinion

Passport book is a regular your passport and passport cards much like plastic ATM card.
