Did Anyone Try To Speak To Iio Today?

I did an hour ago, updated my address since I moved, also asked her

about my case RD 3/29/01, ND 4/9/01...she just said they\'re processing 3/15 cases and told me to sit tight until they get to 4/9...

Your message sounds like IIO considered our notice date as the reference for processing dates. if this is correct do we need to wait till they come to 04/15 processing date? mine ND is 04/02/01. let us pray god to move VSC fast.
 
That\'s what it sounds like..i don\'t wanna start a huge debate again, but

IIO clearly referred to my ND as the receipt date.
She said: "we\'re processing 3/15 cases so it could be a while until we get to yours, which is 4/9"
Interpret this as you want :) my RD is 3/29, ND is 4/9
 
Can we change our address on phone only???? Please help

I am planning to move in a different appt but in the same city, can we just call IIO and change the mailing address or there is any other paperwork required?
