my husband applied for labor on march 25th as he has the i-94 and i-797 are indicating that his visa will expire on april 1st 2004.now at the time of applying 7th year extension,the lawyer saw that there is a mistake on i-94 ,it's expired on march 3rd 2004 according to the day ,my husband entered to us.but she saw it on 19th march of 2004.so she applied for the days that my husband spent in india during his six year period that is about 10 months at march 23rd of 2004.We are very tensed whether we will get the h1 extension or not
Please help if anybody had faced this type of situation.
