I suggest to go around 10.30 AM if possible. From talking to a friend and my personal experience ( I went around 9.15 AM, it took about 1 hr 45 minutes), it seems like 10.30 AM onwards the traffic is less. Also Lunch time it will be late too.
The Lady seems nice and like several people, I dont think you need to take everything there. All that was needed really was, Approval notice, Pictures of course and I90 ( Passport obviously).
