My H1B was submitted under ordinary processing and it is getting delayed (2 months). If it delays beyond my current stamping date my driver's licence will expire.
1) Is there any truth that if we submit for priority processing now it may get further delay (beyond 15 days) since USIS could ask for further evidence?
2) I could continue in US for 60 days after my current stamping date, correct?
3) For air travel photo identification will an expired visa on passport matter?
4) Any way to get drivers licence extended temporarily based on recipt notices?
