delay in receiving noid and now ead denied pls help

got ap denial notice saying my i485 was denied in may 2005.
dont know what the heck is going on with these people.same office is working on 3 different apllications but all r for the same person and still there is no link between them.
will call the nsc tomorrow to see what r they going to do abtt this latest mishap.
