Hi,

Just wanted to share with everybody, On Friday I did my 3rd Status inquiry, today my online message has changed that some more information is required on my case

My details

I485 - Dec 21, 2001
FP2 - Aug 16, 2003

On line message never changed regarding my FP2 notice.

Online message changed today (03/22/04)stating that they need some additional information. Will update when I receive it.

Any idea on what documents are needed, somewhere I have read in this forum that normally RFE's for 2 yrs W2, employment letter,

Both me any my wife have got RFE.

Also can I call BCIS to get details regarding my RFE or should I wait till I recieve letter from VSC.

Is this first RFE you receive?

Just wondering if this is the first time you are getting RFE. If so, you might get the approval soon after your response to RFE.

Since both you and your wife have received RFEs, there other possible reasons.

-- Photos
-- Medicals
-- Marriage Certificate ( if you have used Affidavits or Non- English version)
-- Date of Birth (Generally Confusion with DD-MMM-YYYY vs MMM-DD-YYYY)
