Same here. I will wait till October, but pigs will fly, there are more chances of sun rising in the west than me getting approved. Already I am making backup plans to go back to my own country, what the heck??? 20 mths from RD, 17 1/2 mths from 1st FP, Last week applied for 3rd EAD/AP.

Employer does not want to pay tax, just gives me check. He says when RFE comes we will see. and now December is approaching, I want this thing over before end of this year.
I dont know what to do. Now that, changing jobs is also too late, cannot bear this employer
