Date of birth is wrong

Apply for a replacement GC. If the error is due to the information you originally provided to USCIS, you’ll be responsible for the replacement cost. If you provided the correct information and the error turns out to be from your end, you’ll bear the replacement cost which is currently $540.

What if I don’t have a copy of the application? Because I don’t know if the wrong comes from me or them
 
Then you have no way of proofing the error was made by USCIS, so you will have to pay for the replacement GC.
