DACA terminated! Marriage only hope.

I had applied for the DACA I was finally accepted with an expunged DUI (10 year old) DUI.
The first time around I was rejected because it was not expunged. 2 years ago!

Now out of nowhere they decide to reopen my case and terminate my DACA

Now I fear my case will be sent to ICE.

I have talk to my gf & marriage is an option but we are not ready to live together (money issues) and now I can't work legally.

Can we get married & file for I-130 save some money then eventually move in together ?
Does I-130 ever expired after approval?
Does doing this help my case in case of deportation procedures?

I´m not an expert on this process but here is link with additional information https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/USCIS/Resources/A1en.pdf and I´m sure USCIS will be checking on several details to make sure that this is a real marriage and not only for the purpose of a green card.
