CSC->NSC Xferred in March 20007 or after approved??

I hope, March transferred cases get approve soon and BTW, remove that SHLOKA from your signature, it's not going to help you getting approval

My case is also transfered from CSC to NSC with LUD on 04/04/2007. I got LUD on my wifes medicals and replied and got LUD on 04/18 on my wife application as they received RFE reply on 04/18. We both got LUD's yesterday i.e, 04/26/07. So they working on our cases i guess.. Hope it is not an RFE again ...

even some xferred in Feb have not been approved.

I'm sorry about your case. We cannot make any judgment based on the approvals.
They are approving some in 2005, some in 2004 and some in 2003. I can see many people pending 2003 too....
I hope and pray that your name check will clear soon. Have you enquired about your name check? A friend of me applied about same time as you is also
stuck in name check. When he made an inquiry he was told that due to some reason his name check was not submitted at the time of filing. His check was submitted in may 2007. Please make enquiry to FBI via senator and make sure name check is submitted right etc....Sometimes FBI clears it and USCIS will not get in transmission. I wish you all the best brother.

My namecheck: Last time we heard about it was when I-140 cleared but I-485 did no, Lawyer did 3 inquries each after 30 days, the last one yielded response: "namecheck not cleared"
Later on dates retrogressed and did not bother to call.
Still have not called, lawyer says will not call before June 30.
Scared what I will find out..
I have updated my signature so that the namecheck business is reflected more correctly.

Got an RFE on 11-May-2007 asking for latest employment verification letter. Replied on 29-May-2007. Got an LUD and Status change on 30-May-2007 saying they got the reply of the RFE and then another LUD on 5-June-2007. Had hope for a week after the last LUD, but nothing since then. Not sure anymore if they are even working on my case
