CSC I485 **Approvals** in March 2005

CSC July 04 approval

Our application was approved on 7th. I received emails Yesterday. Was waiting for this for the past 4+ years. Thanks to all who helped me through this site. For guys who are interested in dates, details below.

Wish all you guys a speedy approval. I have posted the same info on July concurrent CSC thread.

Lawyer withdrew and filed a new Labor--- Sep 2001
Remanded back to State ---------------- Jul 2003
LC approval ---------------------------- Apr 2004
Concurrent 140/485 applied ------------- July 2004 (RD 27Jul04, ND 3Aug04)
EAD/AP approval ------------------------Aug 23 2004
FP Received ----------------------------Sep 02 2004
FP done ------------------------------- Sep 09 2004
FP Received and processing resumed ---- Sep 18 2004
LUD's for 485 ---------------------------Sep 27 2004
LUD for 140 ----------------------------None
 
I was scanning th cases filed on Dec 22nd, 2004.
I saw about 7-8 cases got approved in March.
