Planning to launch a website soon targeting Indian Customers. Was wondering if someone can assit on the payment gateway for the credit card transactions. Please advise, which one is the best and legally viable.
1. Registering the company in US and having a merchant account for
credit card transactions in US.
2. Registering the company in India and having a merchant account for
credit card transactions in India.
or can i have it vice versa.
