CP question..need help

Just now I came to know by looking at my 140 approval notice .
that it is for CP.....actually I have not opted for 140 CP..but my lawyer did that and I did\'nt notice before.

Do I need to any thing now...or just I have to wait for approval..

Do nothing

No need to do anything. Just wait for approval. I-140 approved for CP can apply for AOS. You can check this out at murthy.com FAQs.
 
Don\' worry. I was in the same situation.

And now I have already got it (RD 05/01, ND 07/01, AD 02/02). No delay at all.
