I was filed GC by my previous employer back in 2013 and I am elibible for filing for GC , however I am not residing in US as my previous H1B extension was rejected while working for my new employer and had to return to home country.
However I am no more associated to my previous employer , so what are my options.
1. Can I file CP being while I am in aborad with my current employer? If yes, can it be done on personal like we do 485J suppliment with an employment support from my current employer?
2. If I have to file only through my previous employer, how can I do CP as there is a need for me to stay in home country for another year or so.
