Courier/Express Deliveries for N-400 Application

One of my friend (who lives in Florida) has to send his N-400 application at the very earliest and he has all the paper work ready. In the N-400 Application form for Express/Courier Deliveries, the address given is:

USCIS
Attn: N-400
2501 S. State Hwy 121 Business
Suite 400
Lewisville TX 75067

When I google or look up this address, it does not find it. the reason I am asking is, if he does to FEDEX and tries to ship, I assume Fedex will do a test check of the address and if they do not find it, wont accept it.

Is this correct?

Please advise.

Just send it to the above address and make sure to tell FedEx "delivery only. NO signature required".

BTW, the address is correct. This is what I used to courier through UPS and it got received OK.

They forward mails from this address to Dallas so might be better of sending it directly to Dallas office priority mail.. its all the same when it comes to time line..
