Hello folks my questions areas follows:-

Q1) I want to apply my GC with Counceler Processing.Can I attend interview and medical examination at a consular post in US if I am legally in US (H1B) at interview time?

Q2) If I have applied for Canadian PR then where can I choose to attend CP interview ? A consular post in Canada or my native Country(India) or any one of these?

Q3) If while I am maintaing my Canadian PR and I have to give my Counceler Processing interview in Canada then do US or Canada cause any legal problems like...then I would have 2 PR(US and Canada)?

hi, consular processing.

It is consular processing. Not councelor processing. Your question has been answered millions of times in Montreal CP thread. Please read that thread (more than 360 posts, easy to find).
