contacting KCC

I'd like to ask for some advice contacting KCC.

I want to confirm the current status of my application sent to KCC. I've seen some postings that "processing completed" was confirmed. After I sent in my application documents in August 2010, I haven't attempted to contact KCC...

Can I just send KCC an email?
 
yes, of course you should send them an email,

First is you CN already current or not? If yes, you could ask them if they already have an appointment date for you.
If your CN isn't current yet, you should just ask them to confirm if they received your forms and if they are correctly filled.

When you send an email to KCC, always remember to put your full name, date of birth, address, CASE NUMBER. This is really important, cause if you forget they won't tell you anything, they need to make sure that you are actually the right person.
