Hi All,
I am planning to go to India. I transferred my H1B around 8 months back. Still I have my old H1B approval as well as I am in that H1B period.
If I go to India, Can I return to USA without going consulate office?

As long as you have a valid H-1B visa (even if issued for older I-797) and a valid new I-797, you should not have an issue with re-entry into the US.
