I have had a GC for the last 3 yrs. Just got married earlier this year to an F-1 holder. She has been in the country since last summer. Now my questions are:
- "Is there anything such as consular processing for spousal sponsorship based GC"?
- Is there any way I could capitalize on the fact that she is already in the US.
- What is the fastest to way to get her a GC.
