I came to US through company A, and still on the payroll of company A.
I applied for H1 transfer through company B, the case has been transferred to CA service center and still in process, i.e. no result.
Now, I want to apply for H1 transfer through company C.
I have following questions?
1) Can I apply through company C while H1 transfer case with company B is still pending?
2) If I apply through company C (may be through premium processing), is there any affect of already in-process H1 transfer application on this (transfer through company C)?
3) When will get the approval for company C and join the company C, afterwards what are consequences of the result of case for transfer to company B (from company A). [remember i never joined both company B & C as of now]
I have the pay stubs till March 15 available and remaining going to be generated, and I am with the company A who hold the visa and petition.
