I got the response from congressman office that I will be getting a RFE soon.

Now I haven't seen any change on my status, not even my 2nd FP update.

Did anyone receive RFE after hearing from the congressman or senator's office? How long after they issued it?
 
Exactly the same situation. congressman told

me on 3/22 that RFE would be issued in 2-3 weeks. Nothing happened online.
 
Me, too. Told that an RFE was being issued, took 3 weeks for it to actually happen. Online was updated when RFE was mailed out.

Have u replied it yet. Once u replied it, can we hope it will be approved in about 30 days?
 
I just heard (a few minutes back) from the Senator's office that they have or will issue an RFE. Online status shows same old status. Hope to receive it soon.
 
habib, any updates on your status?

Also, when one receives an RFE does the online status of the derivative applicant also display RFE? Thanks.

i don't expect it though. CIS is so fked up.. i dont give crap it anymore.
 
Who is this Congressman ? Is he from NJ ? If so what is requirement to find case status ?
