Here' my situation......
I got married in florida a year ago...and was holding a C1-D visa only.I was still married on my previous one in my country of origin.To make evrything legal i went back home and filed the necessary annulment papers.After a year of waiting..my annulment papers ahve been released.
Unfortunately,my fiancee have given up due to a long wait of my papers and eventually we broke-off.
Now that im legally separated, will i be able to marry again in the US?
What will happen in my marriage in florida is it legal or void,considering the fact that at that time i have not file my annulment?
I am considering marrying again from the US? And im filling a fiancee visa here in my country of origin?
Please help me out....i just being honest and wants my present marriage to be legal..
