Hello Friends,
I have my 140 approved in EB3 with employer A with priority date June 2009. I have changed employer , and my current employer perm with EB2 requirements and is approved recently. with the October bulletin, since USCIS allowing to use filing dates with, my EB3 seems current.
Is it possible for me to file I-140 and I-485 concurrently using prior approved EB3 date.
