I have a clarification :
I am doing a Petition filing for my mother Concurrent filing of I-130 & 1-485.
She is currently on Visitor visa issued for 10 years ( B1 ) here in USA
But her I-94 card is valid until: Nov 7th 2007.
My question is :
Will she be able to legally stay after Nov 7th 2007 – if she already filed for I-130 & 1-485 even if she did not receive her receipt notice.
Please reply at the earliest - since i have to send her back to india so that she does not become illegal here.
