Some one help me on these documents. Company annual report and prospectus are mandatory for H1B stamping. If it is, then can employer prepare based on tax return for annual report.
Does it require any attesting on the report by CP or Tax experties.
If anybody has sample template for Prospectus and annual report, pls forward it.
