Company Acquired after 140 approval. What to do?

My 140 got approved from company A.. A is acquired by company B. What to do?

Any chances of proceeding with 485 filing?

you could apply for I485, but then they can catch you ( ask for pay stubs, W2\'s etc.) . The correct thing to do is apply for amended I-140, or take chance with applying for I485 and keep your fingers crossed.

go ahead and apply 485

mine is the somewhat similar case(company name change)

just go ahead and apply 485 with old 140.
but be sure to file 140 amendment asap so that you can get approval if there is any RFE for 485
