Hi, Ciba & others,

Yesterday(11/07/2001), my lawyer called and informed me that they have received both me and my wife\'s interview appointment letters. The date of interview is 12/04/2001 at L.A. Office.

Hoping that it can go smoothly of the interview.

                        Visa type: L-1
                 Service Center: California
                  Received date: 12/01/2000
                     Notice date: 12/20/2000
        First finger print date: 03/13/2001
                   Transfer date: 05/17/2001
               Second FP date: 07/10/2001
Interview letter issued date: 11/02/2001
                  Interview date: 12/04/2001

Well, I will post the interview experience later.

How about your GC? You have already got it?

hi, zhanghua, when I knew your case was tranferred to LA, I felt sorry for you; but I didnot know I am even more miserable than you. I am waiting for approval since April, but first receive RFE in May and after long wait, my case has been transfered to LA in Oct 2001 too.
If they want me to interview, why issue RFE to me in first place, and
this waste me about 5 months.
 
Zhang Hua, One more question: Have you or your lawyer done anything to push INS give you the intervi

Such as call LA INS office or contact local congressmen\'s office?
Because last week there were two cases transferred in March
got scheduled, and this week your case has been scheduled (transferred
in May). How to explain this? Maybe they are processing in
batches?

Me & my Lawyer has done nothing with my transfer

After being transferred, I called my lawyer one time to ask for advice, he told me that is nothing WE can do during this time. The only thing for YOU to do is WAITING.
So I did not do anything to quicker my case to be settled.
Yours will be coming soon, don\'t worry.

By the way, which class are you in? I am EB1 on AOS process.
