ciba and others: who will get the FP notice

Ciba and others: Could you please tell me who will get the FP notice?myself or my company\'s lawyer or both of us? I worry about if just my company\'s lawyer get it,maybe he will hold it for a long time and delay my case again.

Why don\'t you study then ask?

Both of the applicant and lawyer will get FP notice.
The notice rcvd by applicant is a courtesy copy but is good enough for taking your FP.

Could you log in and erase the duplicated posting?

Hi guys,

Just for your info, last year in May/June finger print
batch, only applicants received finger print notices,
laywers got nothing. The excuse CSC made was that there
was something wrong with their machines that prevented
them from issuing notice to the lawyers. Go figure.
