Chicago: Any cases filed on July 2003 STILL PENDING.

Hi All,

My case was sent to Chicago DOL on July 2003, Still AVM says my case was received. I called DOL , they say that no one is assigned to my case and asking me to call after 2 to 3 weeks. i talked to my attorney he says wait 2 to 3 weeks (attorney says same thing every time). Any of the cases are like this filed on July 2003.

how did you know the date when dol received ur application. when did you get the case number and dot code after the dol received ur application from sesa
