we Are Happy ...for The Information That Uscis Told Us Yesterday, About Our Checkname... We Are Interesting To Changed The Job Taking Advantage For The Offer Of The New Job, Same Title High Salary, And The Reason Is Because The Petitioner Employer Couldn't Bring Us The W-2 For 2006 We Have Receipts Of Their Payments And They Still Supporting This Case With The Letter... With The Last Taxes Of The Company; But We Are Not Sure If This Is Enough You Never Know What The Officer Can Will Say In The Interview , That's Why We Want To Do The Portability But The Oficcer Recommended That It's Better To Wait For The Interview And Also He Said To Do The Ac21 Will Take More Longer, But Somepeople Said That's Not True If I Going To Our Interview Same Day We Can Show The Ac21 It Doesn't Matter It Will Granted Too... If You Can Tell Me Any Idea I Will Appreciate I Make My Prayers For Everybody , I Hope I Can Share Soon My Gc... God Bless Everybody
