I have submitted my resignation to my old employer(who filed for my GC) & am planning to take up a new job starting March 13th. I plan to use the EAD & the AC21 for this job switch. My I-140 is approved & my I-485 has been filed for more than a year now. I have also spoken to an attorney who is ready to pursue my case.
I know the normal procedure for filing a AC21 & what all documents are needed etc etc. My job profile remains the same, the new employer is ready to give the EVL. Can anyone please advise or give any suggestions if I need to take any exceptional steps here in so that everything goes smooth & I don't have too much of hassles getting my 485 approval. My priority date is July 2001. Would really appreciate your help in this regard.
