I have submitted I-130 petition in 2008 to sponsor my brother under family based immigration of close relatives category which is approved and now waiting response from NVC for further processing as case is not yet current according to latest Visa Bulletin. At the time of petition my brother was residing in Pakistan but now he moved to U.A.E because of new job.
1) How can i change his current residence address in this case so that he can manage further visa processing from U.A.E (i.e. Interview etc.) ??
2) Is there will be any delay in visa processing due to this change in country of residence??
