change of attorney

Pl. suggest a good attorney for ac-21 case. I have joined a new employer after crossing 180 days deadline.
Most of my documents are with prev. company's attorney. So new attorney has to get all those docs and respond in case of query.
Any idea how much attorneys charge for that...

Transferring files is a courtesy between attorneys, no-one should be charging you just for that.

Changing attorneys is easy - you just set up a consultation (~$100-$150) with a firm you like and ask them if they will represent you. Once the check clears (duh) they will move the files and give you instructions on what to do.

LOSM claims to have best track record for AC21 cases but I think it is best to consult a couple of lawyers and see who feels confident in representing you.
