CHANGE EMPLOYER I140 and I485 parallel processing

Hallo
When can we change employer if we file for 140 and 485 parallelly, i was told in this case after 6 months ie 180 days after clearing 140.
Basically it use to be after filing 485, we can change ..
Please update me and correct me on this,

Hi

You can switch employers after six months of receipt of your 485 by INS, subject to:

1. Your I140 is approved - the AC21 portability comes into play only if you have 140 approved else you just carry your priority date with you.

2. The nature of job at the new place is same/ similar.
