Hi,
I am looking for people in the San Jose area who mentioned their traffic tickets in the N400 to share their experiences. (Reading from the posts, it seems it is a big issue in NY and other areas, but varies with DO).
1. Did you receive YL just for mentioning traffic tickets ?
2. If so, were you asked to provide certified court disposition for it ?
3. If you were, what is the easiest/fastest way to get one ? I called up the court to find out that I can apply in person, and it takes 4-6 weeks to get. When I went there, I saw a really long line (> 100 people) so came back that day.
4. Any experience with the online printout of the case that one can get (and I have) from Santa Clara court's website ?
