I have recently moved from Denver, CO to Princeton, NJ and changed job on EAD (H1B to EAD).
I485 Filed RD: 09/25/2002 ND: 10/02/2002
EAD: Working with my 3rd EAD
FP gave in Jan 2003.
Actually my case was filed in Nebraska Center by my previous employer who sponsored H1B. Recently changed job on EAD and hence moved to NJ with reference to my relocation (AR11) notification to USCIS. They moved my file to Newark, NJ and sent a notification in May 2004. However so for, I did not receive any updates from the local office.
Does anyone on the same boat or any advice on what and when they will process my case?
Basically NJ USCIS is currently processing Oct 2003 as my case RD is Sep 2002 i am not sure how they will priortize my case. any help appreciated?????
Also, when i moved with EAD to different company i did not file AC21. The reason being that the attorney mentioned not to file as USCIS will send RFE? Is that be OK or do I have to or I must file AC21?
